Designed in an ultra-slim M.2 2280 form factor measuring 80 (L) x 22 (W) x 2.3 (Max.H) mm, it features 3D TLC (3600MT/s) NAND flash driven by a Highly efficient 7nm Controller. The 2TB model delivers sequential read speeds of Up to 10,300 MB/s and sequential write speeds of Up to 9,000 MB/s, alongside random read and write performance rated at 1,300K / 1,500K IOPS. Integrated technologies include HMB (Host Memory Buffer), SLC Caching, LDPC ECC, and Thermal Throttling, complemented by flash management tools such as Wear Leveling, Bad Block Management, Over-Provisioning, SMART, and TRIM. Backed by a 1.5 Million Hours MTBF rating and a 3 Years warranty, this storage drive is available in Egypt at Compumarts.
